How can I pay for my order?

Payment methods available are direct bank transfer and debit/credit card.

We accept debit and credit card payments via Paystack and Rave.

Payment with American Express cards are accepted via Paystack in selected countries.

How do you ship your orders?

We ship within Lagos through local courier companies. Outside lagos and international shipping is made via DHL

Our standard delivery is 7-10 working days (within Nigeria) and 10-14 working days (outside Nigeria). Shipping may be slightly delayed during busier periods- when we release a new collection or over the holiday. Updates about your order status will be sent via email or text.

Another shipping day will be rearranged if you missed your shipping. Extra delivery charge may incur after the second attempt

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

We ship worldwide via DHL. please note that customer is responsible for custom charge, import duty , tax and any fees at their destination. Customer should also ensure the shipping laws permit the shipment of your order. TwentySix will not be responsible for any seized or destroyed goods at the destination country.

How will I know if the item will fit?
The detailed measurement and description has been included in the product description column. To ensure fit please read thoroughly and check against your measurement.

We can add up to 4 inches in length at no extra cost or reduce as required. All you need to do is leave your height or measurements in the order note at check out.

Do you take customer orders?

Yes, we are able to alter the style or take requests for custom colors. This is based on availability and at our discretion.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order but we do not give cash refund on cancellations after payment has been made. If you decide to cancel your order after payment, a store credit will be given towards a future purchase.
You can change the items on your order via email.
What can I do if a product I want is out of stock?
Please let us know if a product you want is out of stock, this helps us know the products in demand. We are likely to restock products in high demand. You can also request to be notified when a product you want is back in stock.

As much as possible, we use organic cotton and linen fabric for the best quality. We generally recommend to dry clean , hand wash or machine wash in low heat using very mild detergent.

For prints we highly recommend dry cleaning or hand washing only with bar soap or very mild detergent.
