CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You are most likely to be completely satisfied with your order but If by any chance that does not happen, you can exchange unworn items in their original state for items of the same value within 15 days. Returns are free but a standard delivery cost to your location will be charged for a re-delivery. Delivery of exchanged item is within 3-5days for customers in Nigeria.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately we do not refund but you can take advantage of our free pickup service to exchange for unworn items. Re-delivery will be charged at a standard delivery cost to your location. Delivery of exchanged item is within 3-5days for customers in Nigeria.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be amended only by Email or Telephone not later than 6 hours after placing it, while cancellation can only be done through Email to order@twentysix.co. Ensure to title message as ‘AMEND ORDER’ OR ‘CANCEL ORDER’.  Please note, only unpaid orders can be cancelled.

MY ORDER CAME IN FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

Handmade goods are susceptible to human error, although we rarely have this happen. If your item came in faulty or in a wrong size , please contact by emailing order@twentysix.co or telephoning us and we would be glad to exchange this for free within 3-5days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally through the local post office. International shipping can take up 15 working days. If you need more information, please e-mail.

All TwentySix goodness are handmade and exported from Nigeria. We appreciate our international customers so much, we have created a dedicated address to attend to your query. Please email international@twentysix.co for all questions specific to your location.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

CUSTOMER IN NIGERIA

Delivery is 3-5 working days from when the payment for your order has been confirmed. You will be contacted by the courier before or on the day of delivery. You will also be notified via email if there will be any delays.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

Delivery is estimated to be made about 10-14 working days from when the payment of the order has been confirmed. 

You will also be notified via email if there will be any delays.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY WHAT DO I DO?

If you missed your delivery, a re-delivery will be attempted for free but subsequent attempts will be charged. If you wouldn’t be around to receive your order, please arrange to have it received on your behalf.

WHAT SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We deliver via reputable local and international courier partners. We accept payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, Pay-Pal and SureGifts gift cards.

CUSTOM ORDERS?

We have the opportunity to suit your style better with custom orders. If you would like to create your own TwentySix Skirt or Dress , Email order@twentysix.co. Have all your vital measurements ready and a picture/sketch or description for reference. Please note that this service is only available to Customers in Nigeria and designs are subject to assessment and approval from our production team.
