Please note that all our products are made to order, and we run small batch productions. Requests for exchanges and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.

Exchanges:
Twentysix products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Exchanges can only be made for another product in stock, or a store credit will be issued for future purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to our studio in Lagos. For the return address, please email us at [email protected]. -
Cancellations and Order Changes:
Once payment is made, the order fulfilment process begins immediately, and cancelled orders are not eligible for a refund. However, store credit will be provided for future purchases. If you need to change or cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours by emailing [email protected]. -
Faulty Items:
We only accept returns or offer refunds when an item is delivered faulty, and an exchange cannot be arranged. -
Custom Orders:
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
