Requests for exchanges and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: rgb(27, 27, 27); letter-spacing: 0.52px;\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Exchanges:<\/strong><br>Request to exchange an item can be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Exchanges can only be made for another product in stock, or a store credit will be issued for future purchases. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to return the item to our studio in Lagos. For the return address, please email us at&nbsp;<a rel=\"noopener\">hello@twentysix.co<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellations and Order Changes:<\/strong><br>Once payment is made, the order fulfilment process begins immediately, and cancelled orders are not eligible for a refund. However, store credit will be provided for future purchases.
